John Dwyier - Managing Partner
In 1970 Mr. Dwyier was selling motorcycles, in 1973 he was
winning national sales awards selling accessories and in 1974
Mr. Dwyier produced his first Parts and Accessories catalog
for Cycles Inc of Arlington Va. During his career in the industry
Mr. Dwyier has sold major units, parts, service and accessories
for all brands of motorcycles. Mr. Dwyier has produced support
and marketing tools spanning print, direct mail, radio, newspapers
and TV. He has been an advocate of the industry all of his
adult life and for the past few years has been a contributing
writer for American Iron magazine and MotoEast magazine. He
is a life member of the Harley Owners Group and can be found
on any given weekend at local motocross tracks with his family.
Mason
Washington - Managing Partner
Mr. Washington has over thirty years of technical implementation
and leadership experience covering all phases of software development. As a
co-founder of XeComm and its chief technology officer, Mr. Washington has
been the architect and led the development of XeComm's flagship customer loyalty
system, Customer Won®
Before founding XeComm, Mr. Washington led the development and operation of
Arbinet’s web-based bandwidth trading exchange. Before joining Arbinet,
he was partner and CTO of PegaSys Technologies where he provided technical
leadership on all of PegaSys technical services engagements. Before
founding PegaSys Technologies, Mr. Washington was Vice President for Product
Development and Information Engineering Systems Corp. where he led the
development and rollout of IESC’s successful software product, IE: Expert.
IE: Expert was an enterprise level, full life cycle CASE tool.
